We want to achieve your vision.
We will work with you starting at the design process so that we understand your wants and needs. To help you achieve your vision, keep a list of wants and needs as well as pictures, swatches, color schemes, etc. Our first meeting will be at your home so that we can see what you currently have, what you are looking to have done as well as talk about any structural information we would need to consider in order to provide you with an estimate.
We strive to keep the dust to a minimum.
The one thing to consider about your remodel is that it takes place within the home you are currently living in; therefore, Husnik Homes, Inc. prides itself on being considerate to you and your family during your remodel. We strive to keep the dust to a minimum by closing off areas that are not part of the remodel and we clean up the job site at the end of every day.
We believe that communication is key.
Once demolition is completed, we will have weekly meetings at the job site and do a walk through and talk about what has taken place as well as what is scheduled for the upcoming weeks ahead. We find that once the remodel is under way, the meetings are a great tool for both the homeowner and the contractor. It's a time to talk about changes, timelines for selections, the project schedule, etc.
